COVIA Membership Terms of Use
01Purpose
These Terms govern customer accounts and related services offered through the COVIA website operated by FRESH DOSE LABS CO., LTD. (the “Company”), including the rights and obligations of the Company and members.
02Publication and Changes
The Company displays these Terms on or through the sign-up page. The Company may revise them to the extent permitted by law and will provide prior notice on the website of material changes, their effective date, and reasons.
03Registration and Accounts
- A user applies for membership by providing accurate information and accepting the required agreements.
- Email accounts are activated after email verification; social accounts are created after authentication by the applicable provider.
- The Company may reject or restrict accounts involving impersonation, false information, or suspected violations of law or these Terms.
04Member Account Responsibilities
Members must safeguard their account credentials, promptly update changed information, and notify the Company immediately of suspected unauthorized use.
05Service Provision and Changes
The Company provides profile management, order and delivery tracking, coupons and points, restock and reorder reminders, verified-purchase reviews, exchange and return requests, and customer support. Services may be changed or temporarily suspended for operational or technical needs, maintenance, outages, or force majeure, with prior notice where practicable.
06Prohibited Conduct
Members must not infringe third-party rights, disrupt the service, use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or bypass security controls.
07Purchases and Consumer Protection
When product sales begin, pricing, delivery, exchanges, returns, and withdrawal rights will be presented on product and checkout pages. Mandatory consumer protection laws prevail where applicable.
08Membership Tiers and Benefits
WELCOME, VIP, and VVIP tiers are determined by paid, non-refunded purchases during the latest three months. Detailed coupon, points, shipping, and sample-kit conditions are shown in the member account; material changes will be announced in advance as required by law.
09Intellectual Property
The website’s brands, copy, images, designs, and content belong to the Company or their lawful owners and may not be copied, distributed, or modified beyond personal use without permission.
10Withdrawal and Restrictions
Members may request withdrawal at any time through customer support. The Company may restrict or terminate an account after notice for material violations; urgent security risks may be addressed first and notified afterward.
11Liability and Dispute Resolution
Each party is responsible under applicable law for damage caused by its fault. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith and, if unresolved, submitted to a court with jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure law.

PRIVACY CONSENT
Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information
FRESH DOSE LABS CO., LTD. collects and uses personal information as follows to create and provide COVIA customer accounts.
Registration, identity and account authentication, profile management, service notices and customer support, abuse prevention, and account security
Name, email address, encrypted password authentication information, and sign-up/login timestamps. For social sign-up: provider, account identifier, and profile information made available by the provider
Until account withdrawal. Information subject to a statutory retention duty is stored separately for the applicable legal period and then deleted.
You may refuse consent. Because these are the minimum details required to provide a customer account, refusing consent prevents registration and account use.
A birth month and day entered by the member is used to issue VIP-and-above 10% birthday coupons and retained until account withdrawal or consent withdrawal. Refusal does not affect registration or general service use; only the birthday coupon will not be provided.
For faster ordering and delivery, members may save an address label, recipient name, phone number, postal code, address, and address details. The information is retained until the member deletes it or withdraws the account; the feature is optional.
For tailored product and routine guidance, members may save skin type, skin concerns, a routine goal, and an optional mobile number. The information is retained until the member clears it or withdraws the account; refusal does not affect general service use.
To send coupon, member-benefit, new-product, and restock news through selected email or SMS channels, we use the account email, mobile number, channel preferences, and consent timestamp. Preferences can be changed at any time in My Account and are retained until withdrawn.
To process orders, delivery notices, purchase history, rewards, exchanges and returns, we use order numbers, products, amounts, recipient details, contact information, delivery addresses, carrier and tracking details, request reasons, and handling records. Data is retained for the periods required by applicable e-commerce law.
To verify purchases and operate reviews, we use the member identifier, order number, product, rating, title, body, display name, and submission and moderation records. Reviews are handled under applicable law and policy when deletion or account withdrawal is requested.
For service security, recovery, and legal compliance, we use administrator audit records, email-delivery results, error records, and access-restricted operational backups. The admin console is protected by an authorized administrator account and a second email verification step, and backups are available only to authorized administrators.
If additional information is needed for ordering or payment, the relevant purpose and items will be disclosed and any required consent obtained separately. Saved addresses, beauty profiles, and alert preferences can be changed, deleted, or withdrawn directly from My Account.
