Capsules can be affected by heat and moisture. Do not leave them in a hot car, sauna or bathroom; keep them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Getting started
Begin two or three nights a week and adjust to how your skin feels. If redness, stinging, itching or other discomfort persists, stop and consult a professional. If your skin feels dry, follow with a gentle moisturizer that already suits you.
What not to combine
On the same night, do not use high-strength vitamin C, AHA, BHA or other exfoliating products, or scrubs. Avoid broken skin.
